To celebrate Boston’s annual moving day on 9/1, I’ve been reflecting a lot on how wonderful this city can be. The view from Highland Park has been extra meaningful for me and my close friends, as it’s been the site of many dinners, engagement parties, celebrations, and more. With that context, it only felt fitting to create the original painting for two close friends who got married and requested this view in memory of their time on the East Coast. Now everyone in the friend group has a print of Highland Park to treasure the time we spent together.
